Call for Participation: Digital
Skills Training for Doctoral Students
As part of the project eUT4ALL the Technical
University of Cluj-Napoca (UTCN) is launching a new
series of advanced digital skills training programs for
students and staff, starting in June 2025. This
initiative focuses on developing advanced digital skills
aligned with the demands of hybrid education and
emerging technologies in academia.
PhD students will have the opportunity to enroll in
specialized training programs aimed at future-ready
digital competencies.
Participants may opt for one of the following courses:

Forging AI Alliances in
Cluj-Napoca
The Technical University of Cluj-Napoca
(UTCN) recently hosted a high-impact AI Forum, bringing
together 67 industry representatives and 83 academic
researchers to explore avenues for collaboration in the
rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence. This
dynamic exchange of ideas marks a foundational step
toward building long-term partnerships within the
framework of the upcoming Artificial Intelligence
Research Institute (@AIRI)
@AIRi is set to become a major hub for
AI research in Eastern Europe. Its state-of-the-art
facility is currently under construction, with
completion anticipated in the first quarter of 2026.
