Forging AI Alliances in
Cluj-Napoca
The Technical University of Cluj-Napoca
(UTCN) recently hosted a high-impact AI Forum, bringing
together 67 industry representatives and 83 academic
researchers to explore avenues for collaboration in the
rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence. This
dynamic exchange of ideas marks a foundational step
toward building long-term partnerships within the
framework of the upcoming Artificial Intelligence
Research Institute (@AIRi).
@AIRi is set to become a major hub for AI research in
Eastern Europe. Its state-of-the-art facility is
currently under construction, with completion
anticipated in the first quarter of 2026.
