It also emphasizes technology-enabled accessibility, pointing to digital resources and assistive solutions that improve communication and access to information.

How to request access / support for using Turnitin
Access to Turnitin is available to  academic and research staff, secretaries of final examination committees (Bachelor’s/Master’s), and doctoral supervisors. Doctoral students (IOSUD–UTCN) may also request access, under the coordination of their doctoral supervisor.
If you need access support or technical assistance, please open a ticket at https://ticketing.cloud.utcluj.ro / (select Turnitin) or contact the Secretariat of the Vice-Rectorate for IT Infrastructure and Digitalization at norina.herki@campus.utcluj.ro.
Include: name, UTCN e-mail, faculty/department, and describe the issue. For deletion requests, please include the submission ID / paper ID.
